Welcome to Antoxis We are an Aberdeen-based biotechnology company taking a rational approach to the design and synthesis of therapeutic antioxidants. Our innovative products target and destroy damaging free radicals that are generated in excessive amounts in a number of clinical conditions.  Antoxis' initial focus is neurodegeneration, in particular ischaemic stroke and Alzheimer's disease where there is exceptional unmet medical need for novel treatment approaches and an estimated £1bn global marketplace for emerging drugs. We distinguish ourselves in this sector through our pioneering, proprietary, antioxidant targeting and delivery platforms designed to enhance cell uptake and transport across the blood-brain barrier. Antoxis has assembled a Board of Directors with a proven track-record in business and the biotechnology sector.
